Aanant Group is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for employees, contractors, visitors, and the communities in which we operate. Safety is integral to every decision we make, from site design to daily operations.

Scope

This policy applies to all company-operated facilities and covers employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors. All stakeholders are expected to follow safety procedures and participate in safety initiatives.

Safety Commitments

  • Identify, assess, and control workplace hazards.
  • Provide training, supervision, and tools for safe work.
  • Maintain compliant chemical storage practices and segregation.
  • Encourage reporting of incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Continuously improve safety performance through audits and reviews.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leadership: establish safety objectives, allocate resources, and review performance.
  • Supervisors: enforce procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure training compliance.
  • Employees: follow safe work practices and report hazards immediately.
  • Contractors/Visitors: comply with site safety rules and induction requirements.

Hazard Control & Safe Operations

We conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, and compatibility checks for chemical storage. Equipment is maintained to safe operating standards, and access is controlled to reduce exposure and incidents.

Training & Competency

All personnel receive induction training and role-based safety instruction, including emergency response, safe handling, and reporting protocols. Refresher sessions and drills are conducted regularly.

Incident Reporting & Investigation

All incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions must be reported immediately. We investigate causes, implement corrective actions, and document learnings to prevent recurrence.

Emergency Preparedness

Our facilities maintain emergency response plans, evacuation routes, spill control procedures, and fire safety systems. Emergency equipment is inspected and maintained on schedule.
